Irregular speakers level to be a single track
The event overall was fine. The topic seemed interesting. In my opinion though, one I am doing international conference, all speakers should have some level of english. I would say about a 1/4 of them should not be doing talks in english.
Dont be mistaken. The technical level of speakers was great, but from someone who dont know spanish (and therefore cannot correlate with their spanish pronunciation) it was a really bad experience sometimes
