Lots of commonality with my talk, but Luke gives a potential rallying call we can all work to 'No one ever got sacked for using Drupal' and suggested some ways in which we can co-operate to make Drupal a no brainer of a choice, which are worth further exploration.

Luke is a very good public speaker and held the attention of the audience well. Developers afterwards said they didn't enjoy it but the more business-focused people seemed to - a good talk for a business track, talking about how best to sell your agency's skill sets.
