Very nice and highly interactive workshop. Instead of just the speaker talking and the participants working behind their laptops, Sebastian pulls everyone in some kind of Agile Anonymous meeting and let's us work out exactly what we want to learn in this all-day session. This includes using tons of post-its and even Lego to explain and practice the use of Scrum and other Agile development methods.
I highly enjoyed the session and will definitely use the experience in my work environment.

All credits go to sebastian for encouraging a group of 12+ people that haven't met before to actively engage in a discussion on the what, how and when of Scrum.

The unique approach of the tutorial created a feeling as if we were at an AA meeting but that's fine since it encouraged everybody to actively participate and think along. At the end of the day I went home with real practical advice and useful tips, exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent workshop!

A very complete workshop in both the theoretical and the practical way. Everybody was motivated to participate from the start which was very successful. I liked very much that it was a small but diverse group of people.

Oh... and I got to play with lego!

I enjoyed this workshop very much, and the relaxed format encouraged everyone to contribute with their experiences which was a great learning experience.

Thanks!
