The storytelling behind the session was pretty cool. I like the way he used the Oz characters to highlight different mindsets connected to the organisations’ world.
Great storytelling idea! But please fix slode colors it was a bit unreadable ;)
I loved the way Thomas presented his talk: through the story of the Wizard of Oz he talked about the difficulties he had to overcome at work.
Talking about failures is never easy, inspiring talk.
