I was a bit disappointed as the previous session by Sebastian was so good.
I had the feeling that the all the information could have fit into 15 minutes.

Though not completely new to me, this talk gave some good hints on why to go with tis approach and when not to. I was missing some info about the cultural ideas behind kanban.
The only (!) session with a Zend context. Bummer it was just a recitation of slides...
