Enjoyable presentation regarding a difficult project and how to improve morale in difficult situations.
Technical difficulties marred the presentation a little, and maybe a little more insight into how certain actions/activities on the project improved the morale, possibly some reference to the timeline on the project of how morale changed over time.

Very interesting talk on team morale, It really conveyed the story of the project. Although I would have liked more time to be spent focussing on how morale was improved rather than talking about the challenges faced
