A nice and well exposed talk, really. I like also the intro with the story about Haiti earthquake.
My only doubt is: what should I've learned after the talk? How do I change the way I behave? Now I know that resilience is embodied in some practices and principles (e.g. pair programming, slack time, etc), so what?
Inspiring. The story Emiliano used to introduce the concept of resiliency is not one of the funniest we can remember (Haiti disaster), but the small tricks they used in that small island to face the disaster fits perfectly the small-but-big changes we can adopt to become better professionals and, why not, better people.
Bella presentazione, contenuti un po' "evanescenti", molti punti di contatto con la presentazione di Giovanni Puliti (Cosa significa essere fragili? Un sistema Agile è Robusto? Si! anzi no, è Antifragile): sarebbe bello mettere a confronto Emiliano e Giovanni un un workshop.
Molto interessante anche se mi aspettavo qualche suggerimento o consiglio in più su come sviluppare le skill più propense ad introdurre un buon grado di resilienza all'interno dei progetti.
