I think the talk had a lot of potential, but I had a hard time following the presenters speech. It jumped around, introduced internal topics without lead-in or follow up information. Topic was fine, just needed more organization and goals.
I was going to write similar thoughts to what Ben Lake has already posted so I am just going to second his.
