Incredibly disappointing that there doesn’t appear to be a non public way of giving feedback on the event.

Absolutely fantastic event. Well organised, and some brilliant touches (childcare etc), not to mention the high quality of talks.

I felt there may have been maybe too much going on - some of the rooms felt empty at times, which did the speakers a disservice. Plus a few more signposts would've not gone amiss.

Next time, a few less options, a few more central talks, and it would be perfect

Hi *,

first and foremost: Awesome event, thank you so much for making this happen. Can't imagine the amount of work that went to preparation. Kudos.

Technical notes:
- Marking of the rooms was somewhat confusing. Labels on the doors, on the map and in the programme were not in sync. So took me a while to figure out what is where. No biggie as it was easy to just ask somebody. Maybe instead of "lecture room 3", having "blue room" would allow very fast orientation in the map (apart from description, the room is blue :)). And also the signs at individual rooms can be color coded so that makes them easily recognisable even from distance.
- Did not know that I had to ask waiter for vegan options. Once they showed me, it was crystal clear what to do. Was just waiting till they put sign on the table saying "vegan" during lunch. Did not happen. So I asked.
- If I'm not mistaken the app does not show Twitter handle of individual speakers. Would make it much easier to send photos on social media.
- Noticed the problem with full rooms. Maybe if we (visitors) can make an agenda in the app, then you (organisers) would have an option to see which talks are more popular and move them to bigger/smaller rooms?
