Ranzie Anthony – 10 Principles for UX design in Fintech
Ranzie is an experienced Creative Director with a passion for design, technology and innovation. Graduating with a degree in Graphic Design, he started his career at Deepend, an early digital agency. In 1998 he founded Tonic, an award-winning digital design and brand agency who’s clients included Sony, Vodafone, MTV, Toshiba and British Council.
He ran Tonic for 12 years prior to selling to a large agency network. He has held creative director positions at advertising and branding agencies including Grey London, Purpose and Instinctif Partners.
He is currently co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Athlon, a 75 person design and technology agency with offices in London, New York and Sofia. Athlon works at the intersection of design, brand strategy and technology to help accelerate product innovation.

Richard Bretschneider is a Senior User Experience Consultant at eresult GmbH in Germany. He is an internationally working specialist for Usability & Prototyping of both graphical and voice user interfaces.
Recently he held talks at IRCAM (Paris), DesInc Forum at the University of Sussex (England) and the HCI International Conference in Los Angeles (USA). At night you will probably find him writing the music for Indie films or building crazy musical instruments.
