1) I didn't much care for the venue. The noise level in the EH2 classrooms was terrible, and the many technical problems were just flabbergasting!
2) I really missed not having lunch be provided. I would be willing to pay more so that we could have a good lunch on the premises - not just the concession stands.
3) There were a lot of options for breakout sessions, some were good and some were not. I would rather see fewer options and higher quality speakers and presentations.
4) Kudos to the staff and volunteers for OpenWest - they were great!
I much prefer quality over quantity - even if that means higher prices, fewer attendees and fewer tracks.
