Zonder kennis van zaken is het niet zo evident te begrijpen wanneer Docker te kiezen en wanneer niet.
Misschien kan een demo bij aanvang van de talk aantonen waarom Docker de voorkeur kan genieten t.o.v. bv. Vagrant.
Door eerst een demo te geven maak je misschien gemakkelijker de brug naar de "hindernissen" ("The Road to..."). En dan heb je meteen je inleiding rond en kan je dieper ingaan op die hindernissen. Voor elke hindernis een slide met overzicht "probleem - oplossing", kan helpen om alles beter te onthouden.

Goed verstaanbaar gesproken vind ik en met vertrouwen. Dat gaat al veel beter. Als je het van mij wilt aannemen natuurlijk :)

I understand that the idea of the talk was to give an overview of various tools available out there, to monitor applications and assess how well they are performing (or not performing). You lost me a little bit in understanding why you are using that many tools... You might want to go into a little bit more depth.

Wat denk je van het idee om in de inleiding ook een woordje toe te voegen over "what is going on in the development world". De headlines of azoëntwadde.

Redeiljk wat bijgeleerd omtrent Docker, maar nog niet 100% overtuigd om er zelf mee te gaan werken wegens de iets grotere instap om zelf op te zetten. We hebben niet allemaal een Ike in ons team ;). Presentatie zat wel goed in elkaar en to the point.

When the talk started I thought, yes, this could be very interesting, but when the talk evolves it just lost me. Like someone already mentioned, I missed some screenshots, real examples. If felt after a couple of time just some info with some pro and cons but nothing more... What I loved was the selfmade graphics to announce the topics. To make the talk better I should suppose to go a little bit deeper on the tools you've have chosen instead of only the pro's and cons.

We misten Tom, al deed Jachim dat alleen ook niet slecht! :p

Goede talk, veel bijgeleerd EN een live demo : een groot succes dus.

Soms had ik wel het gevoel dat er weinig structuur in de talk zat, wat niet per sé een bad thing is : ik bedoel dan gewoon dat het even wat van de hak op de tak was ("Euh, ik had beter dat eerst getoond" en "Maar dat zal ik straks wel uitleggen").

Good talk overall, with some great information about (some) tools I've never heard of. Kudos.

But, some minor feedback :

1) Sometimes it seemed like you wanted to go over a list, and do it quickly. I know, there was a lot of content for a short period of time that a talk usually lasts. But I personally had the feeling sometimes that it went a bit too fast to be super informative.

2) Screenshots of the tools should have been a bit more close-up. I'm only mentioning this because, should you speak at larger conferences, people will want to see a bit more detail.

But overall a very informative talk.
