An honest and insightful talk. Hearing personal experiences and the reasons why decisions were made, as well as the challenges faced, hurdles overcome and successes achieved made this a talk that anyone would benefit from hearing.

Toby spoke with confidence and conviction and it really carried across the emphasis and weight behind the points he made.
