Pascal started of by telling it was the first time he would give this talk.
He had speakernotes at hand if he would miss something.

The first five minutes Pascal needed his notes, but after that he became one with the story and it became a quite natural talk. Thumbs up for that.

There are things to take home and lessons learned I could recognize or fill in from my own experiences in the past.

I loved this talk. So many things I could recognize, but also some things that I didn't know yet and can start using in my work. It was clear that this was the first time Pascal did the talk mostly because of the amount of 'uhs', this is something that can be improved. Content-wise though I think this is a very good talk that people can learn from. Thanks!
