This was nice talk, very interesting and educational especially for juniors. I wanted to hear some testing specific talk from speaker famous as grumpy. Grumpy should have one more talk since this was like a lemonade, and what we wanted is 15 years old whiskey.
Speaker keep my attention all the time and I am happy that he was part of this conference. His presence made this conference more visible to the rest of the community.

I love listening to Chris, he's such a cool and interesting guy.
However, I'm not a big fan of "this is my life" talks. I think that there isn't much to take away from this talk from a technical perspective. On the positive side, it's an interesting and motivating story about personal success.
Just a little sad that Chris flew over all the way from Canada and we didn't get to learn from his great knowledge of software testing.
Chris had covered it all, he had stage presence, he had great flow, he had good delivery,
even had a graceful exception handling of technical difficulties.
If he did not said so later, I never would have guessed this was his first performance of this talk.
Yes, this was a "story of me", and that is quite ok, to some people these might not be their cup of tea,
but regardless it is good to hear it.
