Fairly comprehensive guide on resources in the community and how to best utilize them. Excellent balance and pace between the two speakers. Clear they put a lot of thought and work into the presentation. A bit odd that there were no slides to complement verbal content from the speakers, though the overall presentation suffered very little for it.
Good coverage of the topic and a variety of things that I had - and hadn't - considered over the years. I'd like to see a few more tangible of examples of successful and failed efforts to do what Lorna and Skoop described.

Awesome presentation about community stuff by @lornajane and @skoop and should have been recorded... This should be the 101 on community intelligence.
