I think the uncon is too under-planned. There were some good topics, and could have been more. I may be wrong, since you all have more experience than I do, but it seems that a bit more preparation and publicity was needed for this.
What if a sign-up for the uncons were done prior to the conference, as well as sign-up at the last minute?
The lack of planning is part of the UnCon experience I think. Though I do agree that this one could have done with a little more pre-planning.
I wasn't the the organizer of this, just the one who sumbitted to Joind.in and added the talks.
When Keith said he wasn't sure if the UnCons would even get Joind.in space, so I took the initiative to submit them.
