Great speaker, great advice. But there's no need to bring religion into it. It's just exclusionary.

As usual, Cal knocked it out of the park. His career experiences uniquely qualify him to give this kind of talk, and his passion and charisma shines through.

Fantastic advice, as always! Great points and very applicable to anyone at _any_ level of their career.

Great talk. This talk was packed full of real life examples and great advice from thing Cal has experienced over his career. Thank for taking time to put this together and sharing it with all of us!

Great speaker and great talk. I really appreciate Cal not being afraid to represent who he is who he ultimately serves, makes for a much more authentic and impactful talk. Thanks Cal!

Flawless. Fantastic advice throughout, entertaining and passionate delivery. There's a reason Cal does keynotes at like every conference - awesome stuff. 10/10 "would silently judge again" :)

Always a pleasure to hear your talks, uncle Cal.

Great talk, of course. This talk was particularly useful (given that it's all about ME) to senior developers. This was good career advice at that level.

A fine topic to wrap up the conference. Cal's preparation and dynamism was most evident.

I love old man rants.

I love Cal's rants... which I guess qualify as old man rants.

As with many of his keynotes and inspirational talks, he knocked it out of the park. There isn't anything revolutionary in the talk, but he provides rock solid advice for developers of any experience. Go out and make your career your own.
