Excellent talk. My only suggestion for improvement is to not apologize for your slides. Everybody wishes they could perfect their slides each time, but it's not possible. There was nothing noticeably bad about them, so apologizing got in the way of the talk.
I appreciated the real examples of marketing, especially the practical how-tos for bootstrapping. I wish I'd heard this talk five years ago.
I expected a good history nerd talk, but the segue into community was inspired.
I appreciated how this went beyond just describing Swagger but putting it into context of the development process and how it helps in clarifying requirements for an API.
Very nice real world advice, and I appreciate Anna giving the tradeoffs in some of her recommendations, so we're able to choose when the advice applies and when we might need to consider something else.
Very good overview of the considerations you'll need for authentication and authorization, especially focusing on the security implications. Great speaking style.
Excellent talk to get developers thinking about the kinds of experience they're setting up. My only suggestion would be to go through the initial stove example a little more quickly. However, that's an extremely minor suggestion. Overall great talk, great style, excellent use of images, and great storytelling.
Excellent speaking style, and great content. Adam clearly laid out the need, the solution, and the different role each standard plays. It didn't detract from the talk, but I'd like to hear something of a differentiation of when full OAuth 2 is appropriate versus using JOSE standards like JWT.
Since I'm self-taught, I'm always insecure about CS theory. This presented the topic in a way that made it understandable and related it to what I already knew. Well done.
Excellent coverage of Hack, and a very good case study of dealing with codebases at scale.
This should be a keynote.
