Social animals by nature, human beings relate to one another in myriad ways, consciously and unconsciously. The dynamics of the groups we live and work in have a tremendous impact on our health, happiness, and productivity. Through understanding, we can develop a mindful approach to human interaction, creating more sustainable, inclusive, and successful teams.

I particularly appreciated the discussion on managing "resources" and how that really relates to managing not just people by the money they're paid.
"The company can't love you."
I've seen Samantha keynote multiple times, and this may very well be my favorite. The engaging presentation style, the repetition of key points, and the color coordination of what/why/who/how worked really well.
Great job, lots of things to think about and take away from your talk. One suggestion is make your text a little bigger and color contrast for those of us without the greatest eyes.
This keynote was very valuable. I am not a manager but the themes of empathy and kinship can be applied to your team regardless of your role. Thank you Samantha!
Another outstanding keynote by Samantha. I found it to be a very thoughtful and helpful analysis of various group dynamics, "anti-patterns of human engagement", and helpful traits of effective leadership.
The observation that politics is merely a description of how power is distributed within an organization was a simple but powerful point.
Engaging presentation style for the important topic of power relations in the workplace.
