I appreciated the discussion but I was interested in the organization process I thought we would be discussing. ex: crosstrain, policies, procedures. How we do it all?

Great presentation - very helpful to have a faculty minded and enrollment minded speaker to indentify with both sides.

Pretty good info overall but could have been presented faster and clearer.
