I liked that the presenter not only talked about the security holes but also had code examples to deal with them. I consider myself security savvy and I still learned new and improved ways to protect my applications.
I thought the examples were a fantastic addition to the subject and really helped to cement the information. I got a lot of very useful information out of this talk and will be able to directly apply the knowledge I've gained to my code going forward (and to hopefully fix some old, bad ones too).
