Amazing event, will definitely come next year. Met amazing people, the talks were great and I loved the open spaces. All the volunteers were very caring and helpful. Loved the place too. Everything was good.
Some things to improve would be the food zone distribution (constant bottleneck) and the temperature (it was very cold sometimes).
I believe the organization did such an excellent job, it's hard to come up with things I'd change.
Regarding the venue:
* I missed trash bins; having a few big ones distributed around the venue would have helped (especially next to the doors of the rooms where the talks are held).
* More toilets would have been nice, yet not that big of a problem.
* While [I believe] it worked for breakfast/coffee breaks, a slightly bigger area for the lunches would have been nice.
Talks logistics:
* In the talk "DDD in Go" the projector was misbehaving quite often; in such circumstances I'd expect someone from the organization to proactively intervene and try to fix it.
Ticket Price:
* The ticket price seems to be escalating year after year. While the event price/quality ratio is still waaay above many other events in the industry, I'd kindly suggest watching that.
Having said this, let me add that beyond it, the event organization was remarkably great.
