very interesting talk,
i must/will try puppet/vagrant/fabrice (or Capistrano to be ruby only and not depend on both ruby and python?) for sure!

Thanks for sharing your tools and working tips with others. Even if I work with similar environment, I get some new idees to apply in my company. And for you the live demo was working, that's a good point ;-)
