classic case, thank to share!
The most interesting part was the discussion of the non-technical parts of the project and contained some useful reminders of some things that can be forgotten (especially by a freelancer like me!).
I did not find this talk to be very relevant. Contained a lot of well known and irrelevant info.
something was interesting (from the management point of view mainly), but there were many basic things presented
