There was a big difference between the rooms for the tracks. Track one was a dark room with all natural light blocked out and a spotlight on stage for the speakers that they didn't stand in, so seeing the speakers was tricky but also the brightness of the screen against the dark was too much for the eyes at points. Some more light was added in the afternoon thankfully, but I felt much more comfortable in the second track room - which had lots of natural light for both seeing the speaker and helping me feel more awake.
The catering was the best I've had at any conference to date, really fantastic.
