Great guidelines for setting guidelines, and all the pitfalls and crucial considerations for social media both for campus units and in the classroom
Very useful, and eye-opening. But is disconcerting in that there is no real way to control the medium. The openness of the tools is intentional, and the comments about general behavioral guidance are very appropriate. Scary and exciting.
