The Serializer component is meant to be used to turn objects into a specific format (XML, JSON, YAML, …) and the other way around. Even tho it is a complex topic I’ll try to give some reasons how we use it and how can we use it inside Symfony with Symfony serializer component.

Docker has been proven as a capable tool in a developer's toolbox and it has become an important part in the microservices ecosystem. I will talk about my experiences with using a Docker development environment for PHP, how to start using Docker, where it exceeds expectations and where it falls short.

One of the most important things in a career of a developer is learning and the way through which an individual learns. A person can find passion in a subject that is taught if the teacher can present it well - and more important - he/she can also lose interest if the teacher does not know how to present it. That is the reason why we should always pay attention when teaching or mentoring others. I'll focus on the topic about teaching IT and other content, in terms of who to teach, why and especially how to teach and how to be a mentor.
