Excellent talk on non-technical requirements for being a good developer.
I wish the excellent concepts were supported maybe by some more concrete examples, but great talk about great subject matter.
Very engaging and smooth speaking style.

Great talk about the soft skills that are good to have when being a developer. Also loved the talks on the balance between new, and tried and tested methods and how you should be cautious when implementing the latest and greatest

I try to be empathetic towards people in my everyday life. Thank you, Ed, for helping me see that to be a great developer, I should also practice that empathy towards the consumers of the products I work on.
