Great talk, good examples, also very good practices exposed.

Also some jokes in between were good. Come up with the next talk!

Nice talk, entertaining and an interesting to see some insight of refactoring a big monster.

Small tips:
- less is more, make the slides smaller with less text. (Except for the slides with code)
- try to get the notes in front of you so that you don't need to turn your back to the audience
- disable the very nice screensaver:)

We all know that an evil lurks among us. Behind almost every UX facade, hidden deep in the /var directory, a monstrously hideous beast is waiting for someone to dare utter the phrase: 'we need to refactor this'. We know the beast must be slain, but where do we even start?
Jan van Thoor did a great job outlining a simple approach for tackling a seemingly insurmountable challenge of refactoring legacy code while it is still in use.
