Great talk. Inspiring. I had to talk myself down from running home, abandoning my current project, and throwing together a project using your "use technologies that play-well-together" approach.

My favorite part of the talk was actually the bit on RAD. It made me realize that I spend most of my time worrying about having the perfect architecture, rather than actually having a working application. Matt is a fantastic speaker.

Excellent talk, he's always entertaining to hear. Be sure to catch him on his podcasts. The talk was also an excellent demonstration of using Laravel and related tools to do handle the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on what's really important: your business.

Was looking forward to this talk from the moment I signup to attend SunshinePHP 2016. Matt did a great job walking us through launching a project quickly and efficiently, and also introduced me to the "Ship It Squirrel". Anyone who loves Laravel, like I do, will love this talk. It really shows the power of the framework, and also gets down the key concepts when launching a project. He went into great detail about RAD and MVP, and helped me understand what those terms mean to someone who has used them on their projects. Highly recommend this talk.

I enjoyed your talk. It was a bit fast, at times, but otherwise quite enjoyable. Also, next time definitely do the TDD thing over pseudo-code.
