Listen to creators, contributors, and community members discuss the role that frameworks have played over the past 25 years of PHP's history, as well as what they see as the future of frameworks for PHP.

* Taylor Otwell - Creator of the Laravel PHP framework and its surrounding ecosystem, including Laravel Forge, Envoyer, Spark, Nova, and Vapor.
* Fatima Khalid - Drupal core contribution mentor lead, DrupalCon program team, and Drupal Diversity & Inclusion leadership team member
* Beth Soderberg - Co-organizer of WordCamp DC & WordPress DC Meetups and contributor to the WordPress Training Team.
* Ryan Weaver - A member of the Symfony core team, lead to its documentation and tutorial writer for KnpUniversity.

Decent setup/panel, though sad that MWOP couldn't make it. It wasn't clear whether any audience questions got asked though, and while Sli.do is a useful tool, the comment feed there ended up being a bit distracting.

Good panel overall. The best moment for me was when Beth gave an honest answer with personal anecdotes to a question about burnout or something similar.

First of all it is always in your best interest if you are a programmer and have a chance to hear anything Taylor Otwell has to say. Ryan seemed very passionate as did Fatima, but I was unable to take anything she said seriously because every 4th or 5th word out her mouth was "like". That said Beth's responses kept me wanting to hear more from her. I would have been nice had they passed the mike around like the previous days panel discussion.

It was nice one, though it was a bit unclear how exactly it was related to frameworks besides that the atendee's were related to the frameworks.
