Probably the most influential soft talk I've attended at a tech conference. As a team leader, I believe this session had some really priceless gems in for me. Thank you, Samantha, please don't let this be your last talk of that kind, it's great!
Very heavy emphasis on "empathy". When the topic wandered past various "diversity" items and then into a PSA for mental health, I felt the talk got away from team-driven development and more towards some kind of special interests.
