Really enjoyed your talk. Very well presented and good discussion on some of the tools to make things easier even if there is no silver bullet.
Definitely gonna look into using DB deploy with our existing phing build. I was struck by south for the winter's similarity (judging by three code in the slide) to doctrine migration. I was hoping for more info on the latter, though.

Smoothly-delivered, pragmatic look at a complex issue. Depth of information was appropriate for the duration.
Gave a nod to frameworks that have their own versioning solutions and then gave a well organized discussion of the issue of versioning patches in a team scenario with branch merges. Tools were discussed.
