It was great to see the evolution of a startup from a monolithic application to an ecosystem of web-services, alongside the challenges and their solutions, tips, and more. There was also an almost perfect mix of technical and non-technical content.

If you're interested in giving this talk at a conference, try to find a way of bringing the talk length down to about 45-50 minutes. Otherwise the length was fine, e.g. in our meetup I don't think anyone cared so much about the length, because it was educational and entertaining.
