Even if you've never done anything with machine learning, you have probably already heard that it's very powerful, adaptive and will change our way of thinking about computing forever. But how can you, a web developer, who's never been interested much in statistics benefit from the ML hype? In this talk I want to give you the tools to build a small self-learning application that runs completely in the browser.

Good talk for someone who is not aware of ML. Lian Li lost me in the middle of the lecture due to the lack of interactiveness or a little too much info. I guess more than 45 minutes are required to showcase this specific use case because it was rushed at the end.

I am impressed that the speaker is not a proffessional in the Machine Learning but delivered this presentation anyway. If I were Lian I would simplify my speech next time.

Lian's presentation was clear for understanding such a hard topic as machine learning. It was short and clear, and we all know that this is the best way for explanation.
