Nice overview of how to setup and use Phing. I think that it would be great to put a more detailed use case into the talk. For instance, walk through a deployment setup that doesn't first have it and then show how it gets added.
Good presentation, delivery could be a little better but still very good. The information was very pertinent. Would be interesting to have information about how phing can be used to update composer or git for a deployment

Nice introduction to Phing. I already knew the basics of it but I was glad to see some (weird!) advanced techniques. Great talk!
