Great talk! Can you upload the slides!
Great talk, but was sometimes a bit hard to follow for me. Of coirse given time constraints a really good effort!
Great talk! I was only missing parts about debugging and evaluation of a machine learning system.
I liked all the tools you listed to solve different kinds of machine learning problems. I do feel like there could be a bit more structure to the talk but overall I got something out of it.
Very interesting topic, I need to give a try. The only thing I can point is... You should be more relaxed at the beginning of the talk. Overall, well done :)
Very interesting topic and a decent build up to many different algorithms and approaches. I think the intro could have been a bit shorter. To the speaker: don't be terrified about a talk ever again, you can do this, you proved that today.
Good talk, only thing i can remark is i had sometimes trouble following you as you went over some stuff rather fast and it took me a minute to catch up.
I have no experience with machine learning, but it doesn't seem to be difficult. At least in implementation layer. Some stabilization for your laser pointer should be needed ;) But I can imagine how difficult speaking to crowded room must be ;)
Contents a little hard to follow due to being incoherent sometimes and English pronunciation wasn't bad, but could use some improvement.
A very interesting subject. It was fun watching the machine learning techniques deliver unexpected results.
Great talk! Could you post the slides? Thx!
Thanks for your feedback! Talk description has been updated with link to slides.
Good talk, it came immediately clear Mariusz really knows what he is talking about. There was absolutely no reason at all to be nervous. What I really liked was to hear how a real-life client problem was solved by applying machine learning.
Very interesting talk, good examples, some nice humour made the dry/difficult topic pretty easy to digest.
Good talk, nice introduction to the topic with practical examples, good speaker as well.
Great talk, no need to be nervous at all :D
Well-presented and with just enough depth to show where machine learning could be useful, and where the tricky parts are (data prep).
Nice and interesting content, good mix between practical an theoretical. No reason to be nervous next time, you did a good job in my opinion.
Fast into to ML techniques with real live example. I'm not sure, but result from last developer salary case was a little bit unexpected... Small language mistakes have been made, probably you were under stress. And one more thing... O'Rly books slide was perfect ;)
Great insight into a real world problem and the attempts to solve it.
No need to be so nervous, you know your stuff and you are capable of delivering your talk.
Good talk, with nice practical examples. No need to be nervous, because you clearly know your matter well. I think the talk could use a bit more structure though, with some explanation of the common points and differences of the various ML methods presented, and which methods to choose for which problems.
