Even though I use the fork_cms deploy gem (and even contributed stuff to it), I think it was a great introduction to deploying Fork CMS websites.
I guess it was probably a little bit too technical in the beginning (especially the symlink/folder structure), but showing the demo and the folder structure in the FTP client was a real good addition. I think everyone grasped the concept and could start using it by the end of the presentation.
Great talk, as always relax and with some humor in it. I like that. This was for me probably the most interesting talk of the meetup as I was very curious about the capistrano thingy.
