Good intro / exposure to a bunch of deployment tools. Unfortunately, it seems like the landscape is heavily tilted toward XaaS / cloud, and there doesn't seem to be much for on-premise / private deployments.
A good high-level overview. It was more of a survey of options than I expected, though. A little more opinion on why certain options are better than others in certain circumstances would have been helpful.
I came to this talk hoping to be shown the "one right way", but instead I got a balanced review of various options, along with their strengths and weaknesses. The talk was informative and I realize my expectation was totally unrealistic :)

I'm stuck doing deployments the "old-fashioned" way of FTP or SSH. I have lots of notes now for researching what might work for me at work.
