Each developer is, was or (most probably) will be a senior developer. Many seniors wonder about choosing the right career path – one can become a manager, an architect or an engineering expert – just to name a few options. There is a bunch of non-technical skills which are very helpful or even essential if one thinks about progressing their career in any of those paths.

For almost 3 years I have been helping senior developers shape their career plans and work on gaining knowledge, skills and experience they need to grow professionally. In my talk, I recommend skills which every ambitious senior engineer should gain and I give advice on how to learn them efficiently.

Very accurate and well systemized talk!

One of the best talks in the conference, I enjoyed listening every second of it. As a junior dev myself, it was extremely enlighting, and motivating for my path to senior.

Very inspiring. In short getting senior means getting a better person in general, and this is a very great thibg to chase as a developer. Thank You

It was a very great talk with a lot of references. Some of them I knew, others I discovered. Overall, really inspiring and motivating. Thanks!

Awesome talk. I loved how those principles can be practiced in any general direction, not just IT.

Really nice talk, thanks.

Awesome talk.

Very deep analysis, I loved it!

The room was packed. The people who couldn't find a chair to sit on were sitting on the floor... That's how interesting it was. The examples were great and the punchlines were eye-opening

Great talk: if you ask me, best on the conference!

I know speaker said it's going wide and shallow but it didn't feel that way (except for the technical side of things which were basically skipped). I would love to hear technical options too, giving it at least few minutes as not everyone wants to go towards `managirial` track...
