Great enthusiasm, you can tell the talk was well rehearsed (and given previously)! I liked the content, and just wanted a little more about Drupal 8 and keeping up with core changes in general, as more of the presentation seemed to focus on Flag's architecture, a little less on general guidelines for porting contrib modules to D8.

The phrase 'Reverse-Sisyphus Problem' makes it all worthwhile. But generally a good overview of moving a module from D7 to D8. Tess is an energetic presenter and involved the whole audience. With some handout materials this could be a training.
