This was my first workshop focused on teams, team leadership or team culture. I've found it a great introduction into the field and it made me realize the 'field' may as well be an 'ocean' instead.
This was an extremely interesting, insightful and professionally delivered workshop.
Great workshop with group exercises. Maybe it needs a few more anecdotes from the leadership position in a business environment. Presenter was well prepared and explained the topic very well. I like the books recommendations.
Great experience and definitely worth the time. Marcello was very energetic and passionate in presenting us the topic and sharing his knowledge.
