Enjoyed the presentation. I have been practicing scrum for the last 6 years as a Product Owner/Manager at another company. I have recently changed jobs, and I'll be discreetly implementing Scrum practices within our development team. When it comes time to actually calling it "scrum," it will be an easy conversation.

Excellent discussion about how to make Agile a useful tool for your team. Agile should change the way you make decisions, rather than simply renaming all your old behaviors to a new Agile name.
