I liked to learn more about how Drupal is embracing new technologies like Symfony, DI etc. in v8 but also ways to use them in v7 .Most of all I enjoyed learning the issues he community is faced with in this whole process and how it's not that easy to "just dump everything on github". Special thanks to 'Jam' for helping to explain this.
To bad there where so little people at this uncon but i learned new stuff. If you are afraid of drupal certainly see talks like this it will take away much if not all of your fears .
