We are gathering a team of developers coming from different environments: agencies, big companies, startups, product teams,... and see how they do their development cycles: not only from idea to launch but the whole life of application (yep you know that maintenance thing).

I might not be the most objective person (as I'm one of the organizers of ZgPHP) but I really loved the panel discussion, to the point I would really like to have 'Part 2' for it :)

It was bit too long, having it for 1h and 40 minutes but as it was really really interesting to me I didnt check the time often enough :) We didnt have enough time to get any audience questions either

Empty chair concept was :+1:

Always love hearing experiences from other developers and industry profesionals. Would like to see more of this kind of panels. Maybe spread out QA sessions through the lenghty panels

Great organization, great speakers
Was very interesting to hear all the different perspectives on the topic, from casual dev to hardcore banking environments
I loved the way the audience was constantly included in the panel

I liked the panel discussion and It was very interesting useful for me (I am a rookie) to hear first hand how the development cycle looks like, what are the biggest challenges etc. I especially liked the part about testing (who tests, who doesn't and why). I'd like more of these panel discussions in future.

It was interesting to hear the differences in development cycle across the different spectre of companies.
Shame there wasn't time to take audience questions.

Glad to have been a part of the panel, and the BBQ was great :)
