Love the Lego slides

Great talk. The code examples were very helpful and simple. You included some of the magic methods just for completeness. It might be best to skip those, especially the ones you recommended against using.

Very cool discussion

Great intro / refresher to design patterns and their applications in PHP. Really solid SPL examples. David is awesome at simplifying complex / intimidating concepts.

Good examples.
Well presented.

Very good talk overall, but this was an in-depth talk that warranted note-taking and the speaker went a bit fast for that at times.

Best slide deck! Well organized and delivered. Just enough humor to remain engaging without campy.

This talk should have been given longer time. Clean, clear presentation. Good information.

I'm impressed with how well David explains concepts clearly and concisely. Also, big fan of the Lego minifigs in the slide deck!

This was a really good talk. I was intimidated by the description a little bit, thinking some of it might be over my head, but everything was clearly explained with concrete examples and a confirmation that the audience knew what was meant by a certain term before it was used in a larger discussion. The only thing I can think of that wasn't, is the phrase "magic methods" wasn't explained as to what it referred to in advance or was cursorily explained if it was. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this talk be repeated at future conferences. Super useful and helpful. Organization and content of slides could better document the talk itself, but not by much. That's a tiny, tiny critique -- effusively positive feeling towards this talk in general.

Great talk, good examples.

Good reminders and new tips to try out, with the added benefit of LEGO slides!

I hope this talk is given in a somewhat larger room next time! The talk went really well. Well laid out and well delivered.
