Lots of interesting, useful and to the point nuggets in this talk. I am a hands-on line manager myself, and I learnt a lot from it, but I'm absolutely sure that it was as useful for junior, mid and senior software engineers. Very nicely presented by Hilary, congrats!

I really loved the delivery from an engaging speaker, and the content was excellent, but I felt like there was a disconnect between the concept of the talk and what it contained.
