Interesting talk. The demo was a bit messy, but the fact that it was presented in the echo'ing red room didn't help ...

A really interesting subject considering the numbers of people in the room who had never heard / used Neo4j before.

The demo could have been a bit slicker rather than watching queries being typed in, but the examples provided were very useful to visualise what the system is and the power it has.

Maybe a bit more focus on how as a Laravel developer we could integrate this into a project would be good to have seen.

Interesting stuff, too bad the presenter skipped over cypher quickly, a bit more information about why using graph with cypher is better for some use cases instead of sql / rdbms would have helped.

Also the red room is terrible, all the speakers are very hard to understand, but thats not his fault, but it did make it hard to really grasp the technical topics

I wasn't familiar with neo4j or Graph Databases, so I was very happy with this introduction. The examples and life demos clearly explained the benefits and power of neo4j, and the recommendation engine for php looked very useful as well. For laravel, it could have included some more information about how to sync/store your data, but overall very good talk.

the room wasn't a good friend as I heard 20% from the talk, I mostly watched the slides.
I already studied OrientDb, that is doing thing and I think it could be explained better.

I liked the topic, but sitting in back i could not really understand what the speaker was talking(combination of his accent and reverb in the room).

I liked the talk. I never used graph databases and so it was a great introduction. The live example was OK.
It would be awesome If he gave more insights on practical use with laravel, sync of existing mysql databases or how get started using it in a existing project.
