The panelists did a good job of fielding questions and encouraging audience participation in a friendly and non-confrontational way on a sensitive subject.
In almost a meta-commentary on the issue, the audience participation seemed very male-dominated, even though there were many women in the audience. It would have been nice for the panelists to encourage the men in the audience to speak a little less and the women to speak a little more, but I am not sure how to do that without offending.
